Shocking at commitment.

Hi there,

So once again, I find myself the proud owner of a very sad, sparse blog.  I am always full of the very best intentions, and then something distracts me and I forget I even own a blog.

Must try harder.

Anyway, I think I mentioned in my previous most, many moons ago, that I used to use this blog as a platform for my shockingly bad attempts at Illustration.  Eventually, over the years I totally lost confidence in my ability to draw, and my random, scrawling images were shut away, like embarrassing memories we all hope to forget.

However, and here's where I should probably just give up and stop talking, I have recently rediscovered my love for Illustration Friday.  If you've never heard of this, and I'm many of you have, then I highly recommend you give it a look.  Each week a new topic is posted and people submit their illustrations, then a weekly winner is announced.  I've posted the link below:

https://illustrationfriday.com/

So in a moment of utter insanity, I've decided to submit my first ever illustration.  All my inner anxieties are literally tearing me apart right now, with mutterings such as "why on earth would you do this to yourself" and "have you see the calibre of illustrations on there? You can never compete!".  But I appear to be a glutton for punishment.

So, it is with sheer humiliation and a rather vivid blush, that I present to you, oh terrifying internet, by illustration on the topic 'health'.

Please be nice!  (Please also excuse the lined paper and pencil, I normally work in pen and ink, but as this was spontaneous, I've had to suffice with the available tools at work!)

Hope to see you soon (although with my track record...?).

**Edit**

I've just had a little message saying that the original image isn't very clear, another downside of impulsively doing this when I should be working!  So I've taken a little close up of the guys, hope this is clearer!
